How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments - all through PayPal, a service you do not need to sign up for to use! We currently do not accept cash or check.

How much is postage?

The price depends greatly on the size and weight of the item. We do our best to find the best price for you. You can also pick up items directly from our London shop.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Make sure you also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck there.

Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?

If an item is damaged, or not as expected, we do our best to keep our customers happy.
